 I have children around the house. Do I need to take any precautions?

Yes, please do not let children be in the same room at the time treatment is being made. Also, if we are apply any liquid sprays, please keep out of treated areas until dry.

Do I have to leave the house for a treatment?

No. We use low toxicity chemicals, so you can usually stay home during the treatment. However, you do need to leave the house for about two or three hours for a flea treatment, and might need to have your dog diped at the same time. Roaches, ants, mice, termites, and just about everything else you can be relaxing on the living room couch while we do the treatment. We do ask that you not be in the same room at the same time while we are doing a treatment and to stay out of the spray until it has dryed.

What about pets?

We ask that during treatments, you either put your pets in a room that is not being treated or remove them from the structure until the materials we have used are dry. Fish tanks need to be covered and pet dishes need to be picked up untill after treatment. Please let us know if you have any exotic pets incase any special precautions are necessary.

Do you have to treat every room?

No, that is what IPM is all about. Sometimes it makes sense to only treat trouble spots or to treat limited areas inside the home. It really depends on the pest and the severity of the infestation.

Im pregnant, do I have to leave the house for treatment?

No, not unless it's a flea treatment. Then you will need to leave the house for 4 to 6 hours. For all other treatments you will not need to leave. However, we do ask that you stay out of the same room we are treating at the time of application.

Do you offer organic pest control?

Yes, We use natural plant extracts and low impact organic compounds. For an organic program just ask for organic only and I will be happy to help.

What types of chemicals do you use?

I use only the best professional pest control products on the market today. Products like Termidor, Suspend, and Talstar Pro.

These products are known as third-generation pesticides and are made from things like chrysanthemums and other organic products that make them excellent products to use in schools, hospitals, nursing homes, athletic fields, dog kennels, homes and businesses. I have used these products for many years not only in my own home but also in thousands of homes threw out the Dallas/Fort Worth area and have found them to work very well on target pests without any order or harmful affects to people or pets. I think you will be very happy with the products I use.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No, contracts are not required for my services and all work comes with at least a 90 day guarantee. Some pests are guaranteed for up to one year with no long term contract to sign.

No, even with direct contact, you never have to worry about the products we use harming your plants.

No, we simply ask that you keep food covered and away from the area we are treating.
